Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You can confidently shop knowing that you have 14 days to return a product if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you ordered the product by mistake, if you ordered a wrong product or if you no longer want the product, and you want to return the product, you will be required to pay the full amount of the return shipping fee. If you receive a defective/damaged product, kindly notify us of any defects within 14 days of receiving the product. If you receive a product that is defective/damaged, then we can offer you either a refund or a replacement. If you receive a defective/damaged product and would like to return the product for a complete refund, we will work on possible solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you would like to return your product, the amount of the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of refund. Sometimes the return shipping costs will be higher than the total cost of the product. In such cases, you can take the call on whether to keep the product or return the product. If you still want to return the product, you would have to pay the total amount of the return shipping costs before we can initiate any refund for the return.
In order to process your refund for defective/damaged or any other return conditions, we require clear and high-quality pictures (within 14 days after you receive the product) that clearly show that the product is defective/damaged. Please send the pictures to info@thespringberrystore.com.
After we receive the pictures from you, we would initiate a dispute process. The dispute process can take more than 8 weeks. We will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your dispute at the end of the dispute process.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed but before it ships, you will receive a refund for the amount paid, minus a 20% processing fee. It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order to process your replacement, we require clear and high-quality pictures (within 14 days after you receive the product) that clearly show that the product is defective. Please send the pictures to info@thespringberrystore.com.
